Orders are shipped on business days Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 2-8 days of placing the order. Delivery time is 10 to 15 days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends.
Please make sure all shipping information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, you may be asked to contact us to update your shipping details, which may cause delays in your order being delivered. Delays may also occur due to customs clearance.
Your order will be delivered by your local postman.
Please fill in the address in full, otherwise the package you send to us will unfortunately be returned.
How do I place an order?
Shopping on lilinas is very easy. Follow these steps:
- Select the desired category (women, men, children, etc.) and the type of product you are interested in (clothing, bags, home, etc.).
- View the product you are interested in and click on the images to see all the details. On the product page you can also see the size chart (with values in centimeters), available colors, material details and price.
- Once you have selected the right colour and size, add the selected product to your cart. From here you can continue shopping or proceed to the ordering process (checkout).
- Select a shipping method.
- Select your payment method.
- Confirm your order.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your order is complete. Also check your spam folder.
When will out of stock items be available again?
If a product is unavailable, we will attempt to contact the supplier to resolve the issue. If the product is no longer available, it will be removed from the online store.
Will I receive the same product as in the photos?
Yes, except for handmade products where there may be slight differences in the final product.
How can I be sure that I have placed an order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation, provided you have provided a valid email address. If you do not receive this email, please contact customer service at customer@lilinas.pl
Can I remove products from my cart?
Yes. You can remove any products added to your cart until you complete your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order if its status allows it (before it is shipped to you). To cancel your order, please contact us at customer@lilinas.pl
What should I do if I receive a defective product?
Lilinas only sells products in perfect condition. In the rare event that there is a problem with the product you received, please contact us at customer@lilinas.pl
What should I do if I received the wrong product?
If you have accidentally received a product that was not ordered, please contact us at customer@lilinas.pl to resolve the issue.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are delivered within 10 - 15 business days. Order processing time is 2 - 8 days.
